Rob Dalton, founder of Spintel and former Vice President of Promotions at Epic/Sony and Asylum-Curb Records, shares his perspective on the life and career of 90s country music artist Ken Mellons, during filming os the upcoming docudrama Still The Jukebox Junkie, which follows the life and career of Ken Mellons and explores the stories behind the music that shaped a generation of country fans.


Dalton’s connection to Mellons goes back long before the music business. The two grew up together as childhood friends, long before Mellons found success on the national country music stage. Years later, Dalton would become part of the industry team that helped turn Mellons into a country music star, bringing a unique perspective that blends both personal history and professional experience.
