Filming continued for the upcoming docudrama Still The Jukebox Junkie with an interview featuring hit Songwriter Billy Yates.
During the session, Yates shared his thoughts on knowing and working with 90s country music star Ken Mellons, offering insight from his long career in the country music industry. As a respected songwriter and performer, Yates brings a valuable perspective on the era of traditional country music that helped shape artists like Mellons.
Yates is well known as the writer behind songs such as “I Don’t Need Your Rocking Chair” and “Choices,” both recorded by the legendary George Jones.
